• All invitations are created based on user-provided details and content.
• Due to the digital and customized nature of the service, certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may request cancellation before the invitation is published or shared.
• Once the invitation link has been generated, activated, or shared, cancellation is not permitted.
• Requests for cancellation must be sent to our support email with registered account details.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been delivered or activated.
• No refunds will be issued once the digital invitation has been created, published, or shared.
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect details provided by the user, or delays caused by incomplete information.
• In case of a technical issue caused by 360Invites that prevents service delivery, a refund or service correction may be provided at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Any transaction or payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

5. Modifications & Corrections

• Multiple revisions or major changes may incur additional charges.
